Groomify is priced per van for mobile groomers from $39 a month, per location for salons from $63 and for boarding and daycare from $168, with a 14-day free trial and no card. The AI receptionist is an add-on from $109 a month. Partners get a one-page fact sheet that we update whenever prices change, so your content stays accurate.
Short, and the same for everyone
Breaking them ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission.
- Disclose the relationship wherever the link appears, as the FTC and the platforms require.
- No paid search ads on the Groomify name or on competitor names.
- No self-referrals, no coupon or deal sites, and no spam. Referrals are reviewed before the first payout.
- Only new accounts count. A business that is already a Groomify customer, or already in a trial, cannot be referred.
- A refund or chargeback within 60 days reverses the commission on that payment.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the Groomify affiliate program pay?
15% of the software subscription of every paying customer you refer, for their first 6 paid months, paid monthly. On a salon paying $63 a month that is $9.45 a month, or $56.70 over the commission period; on a boarding business paying $319 a month it is $47.85 a month, or $287.10.
Does the commission include the AI receptionist add-on?
No. The commission is calculated on the software subscription only. There is no commission on the AI receptionist add-on, overage minutes, hardware, SMS and payment-processing fees. You can still recommend the AI receptionist; it does not count toward your commission.
How are referrals tracked?
Your link carries your referral code. When someone arrives through it, the referral is stored in their browser for 90 days, and a trial started in that window is credited to you. The first referring partner wins. If a business tells us it came from you but the link was not used, write to us within 30 days and we will attribute it by hand where we can verify it.
Who can join?
Anyone with a genuine audience of pet grooming, boarding or daycare businesses: publishers, schools, consultants, groomers with a following, and associations. We do not accept coupon sites or applications without an audience we can verify.
What counts as a referral?
A business that starts its 14-day free trial through your tracked link and later becomes a paying customer. Trials that never convert do not earn a commission.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, 30 days after the customer's payment clears, by bank transfer or PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. You receive a statement each month listing every referred customer and the commission earned.
Can I write about Groomify before I am approved?
Yes. The press page has the official description, company facts, pricing and logo files that anyone may use. Approval only adds the tracked link and the commission.
