Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial on the plan you pick, for one van or one location, with no card. The AI Receptionist is a separate add-on and is not part of the trial.
How is my price worked out?
Mobile groomers pay per van. Salons and boarding & daycare facilities pay per location. A salon or facility that also runs vans adds each van at its plan's van price.
Are there per-user fees?
No plan charges per user. Basic includes one team member on Mobile and two on Salon; every other plan has unlimited team members.
How much do I save on annual billing?
20%. The annual price is the monthly price times twelve, at 20% off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change your plan from Settings in the app at any time.
What happens when my trial ends?
With a card on file, your plan starts on the day the trial ends. With no card, your workspace pauses and nothing is deleted: add a card to carry on.
