Which program is right for me?
If you reach pet businesses but do not sell to them one by one, choose the affiliate program: share a link and earn 15% of the software subscription for 6 months per customer. If you sign up clients yourself, set them up and stay their first call, choose the reseller program: you earn 15 to 35% of the software subscription for as long as the account is yours.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Both programs are free. Resellers sign an agreement and complete product training before their first sale.
Does the AI receptionist add-on pay commission?
No. Both programs pay on the software subscription only. The AI receptionist add-on, overage minutes, hardware, SMS and payment-processing fees are excluded. You can still recommend or sell the add-on; it just does not count toward your commission.
How are affiliate referrals tracked?
Your link carries a referral code. When a visitor arrives through it, the referral is stored in their browser for 90 days, and a trial started in that window is credited to you. The first referring partner wins.
Can I be both an affiliate and a reseller?
Yes, with one account. Customers you bring on and support are reseller accounts; businesses that sign up through your link without your help are affiliate referrals. A customer is never paid on twice.
When are payouts made?
Monthly, 30 days after the customer's payment clears, by bank transfer or PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
